This course will be offered in person during the Annual Winter Conference. Register for this course alone or with other CME offerings offered with the Annual Winter Conference.  Please note a minimum number of attendees are required to offer these courses. We encourage early registration should you wish to participate.

The course e-book is included in the cost of the course.  Advanced registration & pre-test is required for the course.  Please include an accurate email address when registering for the conference/course.  The link/code to access your e-book and pre-test will be sent to this email address.

This course will be offered in conjunction with the annual January Conference.  Attendees have the option to add this course while registering for the event.  Registration for the conference and BLS will include participating in all additional CME lectures for the day. CME will be reported in accordance with your participation and completion of the attestation form.
