The OOF designated this program for a maximum of 5 hours of AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits in accordance with the extent of the physicians’ participation in this activity.
Additional CME credit is available if you choose to complete a post-event survey of this program, which will be emailed to you approximately 30 days after the conclusion of the program.
Simple! Participants must login to the virtual conference and complete the online CME Verification form for presentations you participated. Credit will be given only to physicians who complete the online attestation form indicating the total number of hours attended. No credits will be given to those physicians who fail to complete their online CME Verification Form. Credit will be submitted directly to the AOA by the Ohio Osteopathic Foundation. This program may qualify for a similar number of credit hours for members of the AMA.
