One day exhibition (Friday) which includes scheduled breaks.  Exhibit cost includes:

• Six foot covered and skirted table with two chairs / your staff
• Listing in the official conference program 
• List of registered physician’s names

Silver Friday

Silver:  | Morning Presentation + Exhibit Table 

Your speaker will provide a 45 min breakfast time non-CME presentation on Friday, January 29. Exhibit cost includes:

• All items under BRONZE level including exhibit table Friday
• Preferred exhibition table location (see diagram)
• Breakfast will be served during presentation
• Basic audio-visual needs for presentation included (laptop, microphone, projector/screen)

Silver Saturday

Silver:  | Morning Presentation + Exhibit Table
 

Your speaker will provide a 45 min breakfast time non-CME presentation on Saturday, January 30. Exhibit cost includes:

• All items under BRONZE level including exhibit table Friday
  Preferred exhibition table location ( see diagram)
• Breakfast will be served during presentation
• Basic audio-visual needs for presentation included (laptop, microphone, projector/screen)

Gold:  | Afternoon Presentation + Exhibit Table 

Your speaker will provide a 55 min lunch time non-CME presentation on Friday, January 29. Exhibit cost includes:

• All items under BRONZE level including exhibit table Friday
• Preferred exhibition table location ( see diagram)
• Extended speaking duration at most desired time
• Lunch will be served during product theater
• Basic audio-visual needs for speaker (laptop, microphone, projector/screen)

Gold:  | Afternoon Presentation + Exhibit Table

Your speaker will provide a 55 min non-CME presentation on Saturday, January 24. Exhibit cost includes:

• All items under BRONZE level including exhibit table Friday
• Preferred exhibition table location
• Extended speaking duration at most desired time
• Lunch will be served during product theater
• Basic audio-visual needs for speaker (laptop, microphone, projector/screen)

Materials can be forwarded to the Hilton no earlier than Jan 26. See Hilton Shipping and Receiving Document document. Handling Fees by venue apply.

Spaces cannot be held and is secured when payment is received.

Exhibit payments must be paid in full on/or before January 15, 2027 for printing in program. Payments received after January 15 will result in company not listed program and possible loss of exhibit table.

If paying by credit card, an additional fee of 3% will be applied. ACH payments are now available.  Cancellation requests must be made in writing.  Refunds provided if the event is canceled.
